Ce build non officiel de MAME profite des nouvelles sources de l'émulateur pour se mettre à jour. Des modifications spécifiques sont à signaler:
- Added CPU, SOUND, RESOLUTION, REFRESH as External(but coded internally in the GUI) Folders
(They are stored in the \GUI\ directory and will be loaded ultra-fast on every startup)
- Added EXTRA GAMES External Folder (It shows only the extra ROMs supported by MAMEUIFX)

(You'll be able to put in your most beloved games with the option "Add To Custom Folder")

- Moved M1.XML into its subdirectory \M1\ where M1FX.EXE lives
- Renamed MAMEUIFX.CHM to a more generic and significant HELP.CHM
- Renamed MAMEUIFX.INI to a more significant INTERFACE.INI
- Severely reduced FLICKERING when resizing main Window

INSTRUCTIONS FOR A CORRECT SETUP (ALSO WITH A FRESH INSTALL)
After extracted and overwrited existing files from the 32/64 bit package simply do the following steps:
- Move HISTORY.DAT, MAMEINFO.DAT, HISCORE.DAT to their new directory \DATS\
- Delete your existing GAMELIST.INI and MAMEUIFX.INI in the root directory
(This is required for the "Times Played" feature which has been re-introduced)
- Delete MAMEUIFX.CHM help file and M1.XML file in the root directory
(A new M1.XML in the \M1\ directory and the new HELP.CHM file are already provided in the package)
- Launch the emulator and (sorry for that!) wait for the first audit process to be completed. Ready.

Cette nouvelle version de cet émulateur NES pour Windows corrige principalement quelques bugs. Voici les changements apportés:
- Fixed savestate, return value was wrong, working ok now.
- Fixed a few GUI items, palette ram viewer is enabled again.
- Tweaked MMC3 code, still have problems.
- Allegro library is packaged with the ZIP again.

Toni Wilen reprend le cycle de développement de son émulateur Amiga pour Windows. Voici ce qu'il nous a concocté pour cette première mouture:
- KS 1.3 OFS hardfile fix. Apparently 1.3 L:FastFileSystem does not support OFS. Use ROM built-in FS if OFS partition and hardfile FileSys path is empty. (2.6.0)
- Added emulation of unimplemented FPU instruction exceptions. New FPU "Unimplemented emu" option added to GUI: ticked = emulate all instructions (old behavior), Unticked = instructions not emulated, unimplemented instructions generate exceptions: 6888x: S or D variants are not supported (FSADD, FDADD etc..), 68040/060 only. 68040: usual removed instructions and FINT/FINTZ 68060: usual removed instructions, FTRAP, FDBcc and FScc. FINT and FINTZ are back. 68040/060 unimplemented datatype (packed decimal) is still emulated normally because unimplemented datatype exception requires special pre and post FPU-only exceptions. (This is not guaranteed to be perfect, not that easy to test fully)
- Hardware/software reset didn't reset SCSI emulation fully.
- A3000 KS 1.4 scsi driver wasn't fully compatible with SCSI emulation, write command got stuck in never ending loop. Only reads worked. (WD SCSI chip is quite flexible, it allows multiple and very different ways to send and process SCSI commands)
- Non-prefetch CPU mode RESET/JMP (An) combination detection did only check if it was located in chip ram, it didn't check Z2 Fast.
- Input panel Invert option added. Button and key presses become releases and vice versa. Joystick and mouse (if relative) movement is inverted.
- winuaeenforcer aros m68k debug.library segtracker-like support added.
- Added Tf debugger command that lists FileSystem.resource contents.
- Added system memory list dump option to debugger ('Tm')
- Merge >2M chip RAM with original chip ram pool instead of creating new one.
- Bitplane data (usually horizontally repeating) was visible if sprites were visible in border regions. (2.6.0)
- Do not emulate CIA TOD bug if MMU emulation is enabled, workaround for Amix boot hang. (Until real problem is found)

 Mupen64Plus v2.0 RC3

Une version majeure de MupenPlus va bientôt être publiée. En attendant, nous avons droit aux versions Release Candidate servant à corriger les bugs de dernière minute. Les pré-requis ont changés: la version Windows semble fonctionner sous Windows Vista et supérieur (donc Windows XP plus supporté) et la version MacOS nécessite la version 10.7 au supérieure. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
Some of the particular features of Mupen64Plus that have changed and deserve some attention are:
- saving and loading PJ64 state files (including both compressed and uncompressed pj64 states)
- native mupen64plus save/load state files
- all 3 core modes: dynarec, cached interpreter, and pure interpreter
- all 3 major OS platforms: win32, linux, osx. I think most of our users are on Linux, so it would be good to get feedback from more Windows and OSX users.
- saving, loading, and sharing state files between big-endian (ARM, PPC) and little-endian (Intel/AMD) machines
- Input auto-detection use cases (joystick and keyboard configurations)
- window resizing (currently only supported with the Rice video plugin and ui-console front-end application)

Developers: I will not accept pull requests or patches for new features (only bug fixes) until after the 2.0 release.

Some platform-specific notes:
- win32: I built this package with Visual Studio 2012, and I think it will only run under Vista or newer version of Windows. Making it run under older Win32 platforms would be a little tricky. I could use an older compiler to build everything except the new Glide64MK2 plugin pretty easily. But this plugin uses the new multi-threading features of C++11, which is not supported in older versions of MSVC. If some enterprising developer would like to lend a hand, I would accept a patch to replace the C++ threading implementation with something that uses SDL threads, since SDL is already required for this video plugin. The other option that I have is to cross-compile the Win32 build with something like cygwin or mingw, but I'm afraid that this will be complicated and require many additional run-time dependencies. Please let me know if you really need this emulator under Windows XP or older, and if enough people speak up I will make sure to support this OS for the final 2.0 release.
- linux: the binary packages require libpng15, which may not be present on older distros. Please report if you can't run the binaries due to missing libpng libraries; I can make a special build which links against an older version of libpng.
- osx: the binary package was built with the OSX 10.7 SDK, so it requires 10.7 or newer. The glide64mk2 video plugin is not present because there is no Apple compiler (either gcc or clang under OSX 10.8) which supports c++11 threads. Again, if some enterprising developer would like to remove the C++ threading and replace it with SDL threads, then I could make an OSX build of Glide64mk2, and I'm sure lots of Mac owners would be happy. You would also get bonus points for removing the dependency on boost::filesystem, because this is major extra dependency which causes much heartache and trouble for little benefit.

The main addition of this release is quite simply it now stores all the information we get from our images that we need. Meaning its ten times faster to read from this new cache file making texture packs loading pretty much instantaneous.
