On profite de la mise à jour de cet émulateur GameBoy pour MacOS pour l'ajouter à notre site. Il est focalisé sur la précision de l'émulation et possède de nombreuses fonctions (voir le détail sur la fiche de l'émulateur). A essayé pour les utilisateurs de la pomme. - A new version of the setup wizard by Ben Baker is included which fixes several reported issues and also shows some of the new design of the setup wizard that will be available in GameEx Evolution.

 mGBA v0.6.0 beta 1

Une nouvelle version de cet excellent émulateur GameBoy/GameBoy Advance a été publiée. Beaucoup de nouvelles fonctions ont été ajoutées mais elles n'ont pas toutes été longuement testée, et l'émulateur pourrait potentiellement être instable sur certains points... d'où le fait qu'il soit classé en beta! Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
mGBA 0.6.0 has been long delayed. It’s dense with new features and unfortunately not all of those features are hugely well-tested. However, it’s almost ready for release. Before a stable release, more comprehensive testing is needed. In the getting out what’s already working and promoting testing, mGBA 0.6 beta 1 is now available. The final release of mGBA 0.6.0 should be out within a few weeks.
The following features are either new and not very well tested or heavily revamped and in need of more testing. Please focus on these while testing and report any and all bugs on GitHub or email [email protected].
- Game Boy support got some pretty serious changes and may be buggy in some cases.
- The new debugging tools, such as the command-line debugger and the sprite viewer, may be prone to deadlocking or - rashing.
- The library view is quite new and not heavily tested yet.
- There are now translations for German and Spanish that are not well reviewed and partially incomplete.
- Performance. The core event timing was rewritten and should be faster, but may be slower in some cases.

Cet émulateur multi-systèmes qui est aussi le meilleur pour la Super Nintendo a été mis à jour. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
With this release, PC Engine, Master System, Game Gear, Mega Drive and the newly added SuperGrafx support are now quite usable! They're far from the best emulators for these systems, but with many bugfixes, full sound emulation, and save state support ... many games are now fully playable with decent accuracy.
The Game Boy Advance emulation is also now substantially improved with vastly improved sound quality and a new dot-based PPU renderer. With that change, every single component in higan is now cycle-based. Regrettably, these changes do carry a ~20% performance penalty compared to GBA emulation in v102.

- SNES: Fixed an instance of possibly-undefined behavior.
- Silenced dumb warning spam relating to endian.h emitted by newer versions of gcc.
- Fixed garbled audio with the exclusive-mode WASAPI sound driver on some higher-end sound cards(regression introduced in 0.9.45 due to a mistake in changing the meaning of a macro field during development); may also fix garbled audio when using the new OpenBSD sound driver with certain sound cards.

Une nouvelle version de ce frontend pour Mednafen a été publiée. Celui ci inclue un premier essai pour MetroMed qui semble être une version simplifiée du frontend. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
- Adapted the code to new NoIntro convenction (please rescan your collection)
- Change the link that point to my BoxArt server to the new domain
- Added a option on "popup menu" to import a boxart from a file
- Added a option on "popup menu" to open MetroMed modern GUI

MetroMed Alpha:
- Initial commit

MetroMed is a standalone "appendix" of MedGui.
You must to prescan, download boxart or scrape info of your rom collection from MedGui Reborn to use MetroMed.
MetroMed have all basic options to play a local or online session, you can always start MedGui from it to perform advanced session.
To start a game perform a double click on a cover, other operations are available by perform a right click mouse on the cover.
At the moment you can't open cue, ccd or m3u file from it, use MedGui to run this format.
