Deux nouvelles beta pour cet émulateur Amiga ont été publiées. Voici la liste des nouveautés:
Beta 8:
- Remaining JIT shift instruction bugs fixed. (I really didn't want to but I had to learn a bit more how JIT internally works..). My tester now passes all normal tests.
- Some hardware emulated boards bypassed byte/word swapping if accessed by PPC CPU.

Beta 7:
- Fixed incorrect bitplane DMA overrun condition that made Zool 2 AGA flicker strangely (b1) (AGA game with 7 planes but FMODE=0. What a waste of DMA slots.)
- JIT FPU 80-bit host mode should work again (b1)
- Emulated clockport expansions (Prelude A1200 is currently the only one) now support 4 port clockport expander. "-" = no expander (Same device mapped to all 4 slots), "1" = expander slot 1 and so on.
- Added Zorro 2/A500/CDTV DMA controller 24-bit DMA checkbox in Expansion panel. (Unticked = full 32 addressing capable, ticked = 24-bit access only, real world behavior) Previously some emulated 24-bit DMA controllers had full 32-bit support, some didn't.
- All Z2/Z3 RAM banks now have DMA capable checkbox in RAM panel. If not ticked and DMA HD controller tries to access it, read returns all ones and writes do nothing. (In real world result could be memory corruption, hang etc). This can be used to quickly test if some real world DMA controller + accelerator combination with accelerator RAM set to no DMA causes similar problems in emulation. Other RAM banks only have config file support. Find RAM name in config file and then replace "*_size" with "*_options=nodma=true". For example "bogomem_options=nodma=true" makes slow ram not DMA capable. NOTE: Chipset DMA is not affected even if chip ram DMA is disabled, it only affects mainboard (CDTV and CD32) and expansion CD/HD DMA controllers.
- Added CD image select/eject keyboard shortcut. END+F5 = select CD image, END+SHIFT+F5 = eject CD. Statefile quick restore moved to END+F6. NOTE: currently END+F5 opens even if there is no emulated CD drive.
- If game controller was plugged in after config was loaded and loaded config had game controller configured in game ports panel, game controller was correctly remembered but type and autofire mode was set to default values.
- Hardware emulated Z3 RTG boards had wrong autoconfig size configuration. This caused access faults if MMU was enabled.
- SVGA chip vblank interrupt acknowledge forced unnecessary full display refresh.
- ALT+Space does not anymore open WinUAE window standard menu when input is captured.
- JIT + Hardware emulated RTG board should fully work again.
- JIT MOVEM/MOVE16 direct RAM access optimization (calculate address only once, then do moves vs do separate multiple calculate address+move combinations) is now automatically disabled if hardware emulated RTG board is enabled, most have byte/word swapping logic which would cause cause graphics corruption if same MOVEM/MOVE16 copy was first used for RAM reads or writes and then later (when it was still in translated format) it was used for VRAM reads or writes. At least CGX4 does this.
- JIT LSL/LSR fixed (temporary fix, better fix later that should also fix other shift instructions). jit_blacklist config entry should be removed now.

Cet ensemble pour l'émulation Nintendo 64 a été mis à jour et est désormais disponible pour MacOS. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
- This is the first release with official Mac OS X support. A big thanks to @joeldenning for getting this working. Mac OS 10.14+ is required. It should support everything except the auto updater. You can netplay cross platform, meaning Mac, Windows, and Linux users can play together.
- This release includes support for LLE Graphics (Settings->LLE Graphics). For the uninitiated, LLE graphics is basically "super accurate graphics mode". It is quite CPU intensive and may not work full speed on every computer. It is also supported in netplay, if the player creating the room has LLE enabled, it will be required for all others joining that match. I wouldn't recommend enabling it for netplay unless you are sure that everyone you are playing with has an adequate CPU. If someone can't run the game at full speed, they are going to experience extreme input lag.
- For the curious, the LLE graphics are accomplished using a combination of https://github.com/Themaister/parallel-rsp and https://github.com/ata4/angrylion-rdp-plus

Cet excellent émulateur HameBoy Advance a été mis à jour. Au programme, de nombreuses corrections de bugs:
A new release of mGBA, version 0.8.4, is available. This version is a bugfix release, which contains many stability and accuracy fixes. Notably, an issue in the 3DS version that would lead to the 3DS crashing when exiting the emulator, and an issue that would lead mGBA to appearing in a language other than English by default on macOS despite the system language being set to English, have been fixed. The previously mentioned bug with Advance Wars is still present in 0.8.4. It has also been discovered to affect Final Fantasy I. This can be worked around by using a dump of the official BIOS, or using a development build, also available on the download page, which has the bug fixed. An extensive list of changes follows after the cut.

ENcore une mise à jour de cet ensemble pour l'émulation Nintendo 64. Cette fois-ci, elle apporte l'intégration à Discord:
- m64p is a little late to the game with Discord support, but here it is! It supports Rich Presence, this means that your status will update with the game you're playing:
- It also supports voice integration for netplay, there is a new option in the netplay wait room:
- If you have the Discord app installed and running on your PC, that checkbox should make itself available. If you click that button, you're in a voice channel with the other players! That's it. Very simple. You don't need to share a server with them, or be friends on Discord. This will connect you with whoever you happen to be playing with. Pretty cool.
Unfortunately Discord currently suffers from a rather odd bug (discord/gamesdk-and-dispatch#55). There won't be any indication in Discord that you're connected to the netplay voice channel. You're just going to have to trust me that it works. Hopefully someday soon Discord will correct this bug, and a proper overlay will appear showing the voice channel members (and options like mute/volume, etc)

- SS: Fixed major bug, existing since Saturn save state support was added, in the SCU save state code that caused wrong state to be saved(and later restored)- when an SCU DMA level in indirect mode was active.
- SS: Added "Kaitei Daisensou"/"In the Hunt" to the internal database of games to enable SH-2 read/write VDP1 draw slowdown with, to fix FMV tearing.
- SS: Added "Zero Divide" to the internal database of games to use the data cache read bypass kludge with, to fix a graphical glitch with character portraits.

- SS: Removed incorrect write mirrors for the SH-2 CCR register; fixes FMV glitches in "NFL Quarterback Club 97".
- SS: When full cache emulation is enabled(e.g. via database), alternate slave CPU and bus sharing emulation code will be used, to reduce- disproportionate sharing of the bus(it's still not perfect, however).
- SS: SH-2 PC-relative MOV.W and MOV.L loads are now correctly treated as instruction fetches instead of data fetches with respect to the- OD/ID bits of CCR.
- SS: The SH-2 WB/EX pipeline stall emulation logic is now always enabled, instead of only being enabled in full cache emulation mode as it was previously.
- SS: Moved SH-2 cache entry invalid bit from bit31 of the internal combined tag variable to bit0, for slightly better code generation.
- SS: Slave SH-2 on/off is now handled outside of the regular event handling system to prevent a crash under certain conditions.
- SS: Extended the handling of VDP1 command execution slowdown on SH-2 CPU reads/writes to also include SH-2 DMA accesses.
- SS: Bumped up minimum seek timing delay, to compensate for upcoming general CPU timing improvements in the games sensitive to seek timing.
- SS: The SR value loaded with RTE is now properly masked.
- SS: Allow the SMPC joystick reading process to be aborted earlier on, while still waiting for vblank to end; fixes another hang in "QuoVadis".
- SS: Added "Wolf Fang SS: Kuuga 2001" to the internal database of games to enable SH-2 CPU read/write VDP1 draw slowdown with, to fix glitchy graphics in the player's robot.
- SS: Added "Mahjong Doukyuusei Special" to the internal database of games to use the data cache read bypass kludge with, to fix the missing background graphics layer on disc 2.
- SS: Added "Kidou Senkan Nadesico: Yappari Saigo wa Ai ga Katsu" to the internal database of games to use full cache emulation with, to fix a hang.
- SS: Implemented emulation of the timing effects of the B-bus write buffer on SH-2 CPU writes; fixes hang in "QuoVadis".
- SNES-Faust: Fixed bug in the multithreaded PPU renderer that could cause massive graphics corruption when a game interleaves reads and writes to VRAM without resetting the VRAM address, like in "NBA Pro Basketball: Bulls vs Blazers".
- SS: Delay CDB status position info update by about 44us after a seek request(via Play command, or otherwise); fixes missing graphics in- the intro of "Magical Drop 3".

Différents builds de MAME ont été mis à jour sans le sillage de la version officielle de MAME v0.226. Voici les release notes pour ceux qui en possèdent:
ARCADE v0.226:
Changes:
- Removed on-screen messages about no_dumps and bad_dumps

- The Metal slug 3 Ghost Wu Zuoma / The Random Enemies Resetting Version 1.0 roms have been made working and compatible with the emulator.

You know what day it is? It’s MAME 0.226 day! A lot has happened in this development cycle, and plenty of it is worth getting excited about! First of all, there’s a change that affects all systems with keyboard inputs, including most computers. MAME now allows you to activate and deactivate keyboard and keypad inputs per emulated device in the Keyboard Mode menu. When a system has multiple keyboards (for example a computer with a terminal connected to a serial port), you can choose which keyboard you want to type on rather than effectively typing on all the keyboards at once. If a system has multiple devices with keyboard inputs, MAME will start with only one enabled by default. Sadly, MAME doesn’t have mind-reading capabilities yet, so it may not always choose the keyboard you want to type on. If you find you can’t type on an emulated computer, check that the right keyboard is enabled in the Keyboard Mode menu.
Another batch of layout/artwork system updates are ready this month. More image formats are supported, several long-standing alignment and clipping bugs have been fixed, more parameter animation features are available, and external artwork loads faster. Lots of systems using built-in layouts look prettier, but Cosmo Gang probably shows the biggest improvement in this release (yes, the electromechanical redemption game). Try it out in MAME 0.226, and maybe do a before/after comparison to see how far we’ve come.
Apple II systems have seen some significant development this month. Firstly, a number of issues with demos using raster split effects have been fixed. The Apple II has no hardware support for raster effects, so these demos rely on open bus read behaviour to work out what the video hardware is doing. Getting this to work requires precise emulation of memory access timings. Secondly, two parallel printer cards are now working: Orange Micro’s popular Grappler+ and Apple’s Parallel Interface Card. The Grappler+ is well-supported by Apple II software and provides a better out-of-the-box experience if you want to try one of them.
Sega’s Tranquillizer Gun was a somewhat ambitious title for 1980, but was largely overlooked at the time. It’s finally fully emulated in MAME, with audio emulation and protection simulation being added in this release. We’ve also added support for Must Shoot TV, an unreleased prototype developed at Incredible Technologies. Step into the shoes of disgruntled ITS Cable employee Chuck and go on a rampage!
Far more has been added this month than we can cover in detail here, like another batch of TV games (including several Vs Maxx titles), support for Mattel Aquarius CAQ format cassette images, and working Sega Mega Play games. Plusieurs mises à jour pour cet ensemble réunissant un émulateur Nintendo 64, un frontend et un plugin graphique ont été publiées. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
26/10/220:
- One of the most frequently requested features: an auto updater, is here! You're not going to notice anything this time, but the next time an update is available, you'll see this when you launch the emulator:

- Clicking yes will download the auto updater, close the emulator, extract the new version, and relaunch the emulator. This is a very new feature, so the next time you use it, if you run into bugs, please let me know.

25/10/2020:
- This releases contains a fix for some Mayflash adapters. Some of these adapters didn't work properly in the controller profile configuration wizard. Mayflash adapters still won't work with the "Auto" profile, they need a custom profile created.
- Also, sometimes the controller profile wizard wouldn't work after playing a game, this has been corrected.

22/10/2020:
- This release contains a fix for a very pesky bug on the Windows version that would sometimes make the emulator crash when starting a game. This bug was related to the input plugin, fixing it involved re-writing how the input settings are stored. Thus, all input settings will be wiped on start, you'll need to re-create any input profiles you had.
