Une nouvelle version de ce gestionnaire de ROMs a été publiée. Voici les améliorations apportées:
- Cache write to a full disk does not corrupt the cache. (just leaves the old cache, so it will be out of date, just not corrupt.)
- Better double check delete checking to try and stop the case where people have mapped the same directory to two different parts of the tree. (PS. Don't do that.)
- The Dat info is more in sync when clicking around the tree, and game grid.
- Global file ignore has been replaced with ToSort file ignore.
- Directory rules now contain the file ignore lists (At the directory level.)
- The file ignore lists now work with wide cards and regex.
- Reporting the correct rule if you hit the reset all rules button.
- Shift click the check boxes in the tree does not set all the child tree nodes.
- zSTD read support is now built in for zip and 7z. (does not need the external .dll)
- reworked/cleaned up the 7z writing code. (should not see any external different.) But getting ready for future plans.
- Pressing the Cancel button while fixing cancels immediately instead of waiting until the end of the current fix.

Ce frontend pour MAME a été mis à jour. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:

- When refreshing the MAME Info Database (-listxml handling), names and descriptions of machines will be displayed
- No longer waiting for the MAME version check to complete on startup

*Minor bug fixes to the logic that updates the status of the Browse/Insert/Delete buttons

Cette période de beta pour WinUAE particulièrement longue semble toucher à sa fin, la prochaine version stable étant prévue pour la fin de l'année. En attendant, voici les changements apportés:
- b33 audio update missed one condition, when DMA sample playback ended, last sample was played twice before audio channel entered idle state.
- FloppyBridge HD support fix. Fixed unreliable "turbo" writing and unreliable "?" button boot and root block reads.
- Quickstart floppy drive type is now remembered.
- Internal display buffer allocation was too small if image width was not divisible by 8. Could have caused crashes in some windowed mode configurations, for example when saving screenshots (very old bug).
- Screenshot height was always total internal size, even if it was partically blanked. (OCS Denise and mode was not Overscan+ or higher)
- OCS Denise last line "bug" was only visible in short field modes.
- Virtual mouse driver enabled, load new config that does not use virtual mouse: possible crash when restarting emulation.
- Fixed weird blitter behavior in some 68020+ memory cycle-exact modes if blitter nasty was also set.
- Fixed "Remove interlace artifact" display corruption in some programmed modes introduced in earlier betas. (Copper was partially enabled during "scandoubled" line processing).

Cet excellent émulateur NES a été mis à jour. Les nouveautés sont nombreuses, mais c'est surtout la version 64-bit utilisant Qt qui en bénéficie:
The 2.5.0 release features significant enhancements and improvements to the Qt/SDL port. Specifically the debug tools and AVI recording capabilities.

Common Emulation Core:
- Fixed SYA and SXA opcodes in CPU. Blargg's NES CPU TEST #5 now passes.

Qt/SDL New Tools:
- Added built-in AVI RIFF Tree Viewer.

Qt/SDL Debugger:
- Redesigned debugger layout to optimize space usage.
- Window layout uses relocatable tabbed viewports to allow for layout customization.
- Added a tool bar for commonly used debugger buttons.
- Moved many configuration options to debugger window menu to save space.
- Added syntax coloring options to assembly code viewer.
- Added opcode description popups to assembly code viewer.
- Added assembly code custom font selection option.

Qt/SDL Hex Editor:
- Fixed draw logic to ensure that highlighted text coloring takes precidence over activity coloring.

Qt/SDL Input Control:
- User can now save up to 3 alternate sets of gamepad button bindings in addition to the primary set.
- Advanced gamepad bindings (to hot key functions) are now stored for each individual gamepad by GUID.
- Fixed annoying intermittent SDL gamepad button mapping issue.

Qt/SDL Lua:
- Build fix for static linking of lua. Ensure proper compiler flags are set for linux and mac OS to enable lua plugin functionality.

Qt/SDL Movies:
- Added optional linking of ffmpeg (libav) libraries for AVI recording. Provides full use of available encoders and options.
- Implemented AVI 2.0 Indexing Specification. This new indexing scheme eliminates 2GB AVI file recording limitation.
- Fixed video messages and HUD presentation AVI display options.

Qt/SDL GUI Improvements and Bug Fixes:
- Went through all debug tool windows and made sure that all configuration options are saved (persist on application restart).
- The position and size of all debug/tool windows is now saved at window close and restored at window open.
- For debug windows, if attempting to open a window that is already open, that window is raised to top and focused.
- Bug fixes for scroll bar presentation on custom viewport widgets in debug tools windows (debugger, hex editor, trace logger).
- Added main window context menu to Qt GUI.
- Various color customization options for debugger and hex editor.
- Changed hot key config window tree layout to sort keys into logical groups.
- Added offline help documentation viewer feature. (chm viewer for windows and Qt help engine for unix)

Qt/SDL Video Improvements and Bug Fixes:
- Fixed video message positioning so that it is not clipped when 8 pixel side clipping is active.
- Added integer frame rate option to better sync video with monitor refresh.
- Changed update rate of video frames per second display so that it is more readable.

Qt/SDL Sound Improvements and Bug Fixes:
- Added option to mute sound when main window is not in focus.
- Improved sound sample underflow/overflow algorithm to allow for better scaling with running the emulation at faster/slower speeds.
- Sound sample processing efficiency updates.
- Added an audio buffer percent usage indication and
- an audio sink starve counter to sound config window for debug purposes.

Qt/SDL Build Improvements:
- OpenBSD OS build fixes.

- Fixed a bug where NR32 was treated as the wrong value after an APU reset
- Writes to wave RAM are now blocked, as expected, when emulating a Game Boy Advance

- Mostly complete emulation of an APU glitch where channel 3 could read from wave RAM while inactive using the CPU’s main address bus on models prior to the Game Boy Advance
- The Game Boy Color and Advance boot ROM animation had its timings slightly altered to better match the original boot ROMs

Bug Fixes
- A typo was fixed in the debugger mbc command
- Fixed a crash in the SDL port that could happen when swapping ROMs
- Handling of tiny (Less than 32KB) ROMs is now more consistent
- Fixed a bug in the SDL port that flipped the controller left and right keys in the menu
- Resetting a game after loading a save state from a different CPU revision now resets the CPU revision to the user-selected revision on the Cocoa port

Misc Internal Changes
- Fixed an internal struct issue that could have lead to future compatibility issues
- The automatic tester now supports Super Game Boy

ares v124 brings the compatibility rating for the Famicom and Nintendo 64 cores up to three stars. This means that at least 80% of the game library is working.

Une nouvelle beta de cet émulateur Amiga a été publiée. Mes améliorations sont les suivantes:
- "Copper wake up" (W) and "Copper wanted this cycle but couldn't get it" (c) markers in DMA debugger had disappeared. Skip also shows 'W' if SKIP skipped.
- Do not allow cycle-exact blitter without at least memory cycle-exact CPU. It is not anymore compatible with faster modes.
- Fixed random corruption when cycle-exact blitter was enabled and CPU was (memory) cycle-exact and CPU config was fast.
- Do not allow opposite joystick directions at the same time (some games crash..) if mapped using Game Ports panel. It is still allowed if configured using Input panel and it was mapped to left/right/up/down events (not horiz/vert).
- Added official WinUAE FloppyBridge support.
- Added basic floppy type selection to Quickstart panel (3.5" DD, 3.5" HD and FloppyBridge). Selection is not remembered yet.

- Simple and flexible UI implementation. Different than in unofficial WinUAE floppybridge versions.
- Drive type select menus have "Configure Floppybridge" option if floppybridge DLL is detected. Selecting the option opens floppybridge configuration UI (which is located in floppybridge DLL, it is not part of WinUAE UI), use it configure one or more drive profiles. Select profile to enable floppybridge mode for selected emulated drive.

Ce nouveau fichier informatif vient clôturer la mise à jour des fichiers additionnels d'AntoPISA pour MAME v0.236. Voici les changements apportés:
