Some minor work on delta chd messages. Keep in mind that in general there are some open issues with chdman:
- fixed: wrong "Error while..." message after delta operation succeeded but backup is disabled.

Plusieurs versions de ce gestionnaire de ROMs ont été publiées suite à la prise en charge des delta CHDs (similaire au système parent/clones des ROMs, mais pour les CHDs) qui nécessitait plusieurs correctifs. Voici les changements:

- fixed: wrong delta chd proposals in full merged mode (identical chds)

- fixed: unneeded scan crashes/exits
- misc: limiting delta chd support for chd version >=5

- added: delta chd support, show warnings, support convert/revert of chds
- fixed: MAME 260 "samples" issue (is shown as unneeded and not found)

Tiny update for MAME's latest CHD feature "delta chds". I will think about additional options (like optionally marking found not-delta chds and maybe a conversion tool/update opption) but for this I need more time.

This release is quite a milestone, we're now using libpsxcore as a whole without modifications as we should've been for years. This means we can now make use of upstream fixes almost immediately. There are also several large performance gains in this version as a result of using unai as the GPU plugin now.

Cet émulateur PlayStation a été mis à jour. Pour les utilisateurs de Windows 7 et 8, attention: si l'émulateur ne les supportait plus officiellement, les versions précédentes étaient cependant fonctionnelles avec ces OS; celle-ci ne l'est plus suite à la mise à jour de Qt. Pour une version fonctionnelle avec ces systèmes d'exploitation, veuillez consulter la fiche de l'émulateur dans la rubrique PlayStation et pensez à désactiver les mises à jour automatiques de l'émulateur.
