2 nouvelles versions de cet émulateur Amiga ont été publiées consécutivement. Curieusement, seule la version 32-bit pour Windows et les versions 64-bit pour MacOS et Linux sont disponibles. Il n'y a pas de release notes pour la v2.9.7 dev2 (certainement un correctif rapide), mais voici celles de la v2.9.7 dev:
Changes in FS-UAE 2.9.7dev:
- Support building with latest version of MSYS2.
- Renamed option frame to bezel.
- New option: force_aspect.
- Added shaders compiled/ported/written by guest.r.

Changes in FS-UAE Launcher 2.9.7dev:
- Fix detection of Windows 10.
- Support building with latest version of MSYS2.
- Include quick setting to toggle display of bezel.
- Quite a bit of changes, but many related to non-Amiga platforms.

Changes in FS-UAE Arcade 2.9.7dev:
- Respect joystick modes from the game database in input selection screen.
- Fixed aspect toggle button.
- Fixed support for dual X-Arcade controllers.
- Gamepad/joystick devices can be hotplugged with on-screen notifications.

Une nouvelle beta de cet émulateur Amiga pour Windows a été publiée. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
- "PC Bridge (40)" drive was missing from "Don't support 360k floppy images in Amiga drive unless it is configured as 5.25" drive" check.
- American Laser Games work again (b3).
- PCMCIA SRAM/IDE work again (b1?).
- Previous button release update always released buttons when input devices were released but it should have only been done when mouse was uncaptured.
- Delay avioutput init until first display frame or sound buffer recording request comes. Previously "before filtering" option may have used wrong display size in some situations.
- Avioutput does not anymore forget uncompressed video selection.
- First frame was not rendered (and also not recorded) if statefile was restored when emulation was already running.
- If emulator state was changed (debugger breakpoint, statefile save etc..), last frame before state change was not recorded if avioutput recording was enabled.
- uae-configuration joystick port (joyportx) modification only queued changes.

Une nouvelle version de cet excellent émulateur PC-Engine a été publiée. Voici la liste des nouveautés:
- "Configure Open Button" was added to "Input-> Configure" menu. You can change the shortcut key for opening the game file ([O] key and [P] key) to any key.
- "Configure" was added to the top of the "Input" menu, and the menu was tidied up. * However, this is still complicated. Although it may become next year, I will make a special form for controller setting.
- "Adjust Old CD-ROM2 Speed (Super Darius)" added to "Setting-> Improve" menu. When this is checked, in "Super Darius", at the game start and the boss appearance etc., the CD access time is adjusted to the wait time equivalent to that of the first (old white machine) CD-ROM2 System. When this check is removed, the wait time will be as short as PC Engine Duo (default).
- When a game for ARCADE Card is played, if Resume-Mode ("File-> Set Resume" menu) is set, if "CD-ROM-> Play with Non ARCADE Card" menu is executed, the bug that the game stopped (occurred from v2.85) was fixed.
*I think that this is a rare case, but if this trouble makes it impossible to continue the game, please play the continuation from state save data. Or, please reset using [F1] key, load from backup RAM (save data in the game) and continue the game.
- Additionally, a detailed part has been improved and corrected.

L'été a définitivement bouclé ses valises, on s'amuse maintenant dans les feuilles mortes entre deux averses. Sinon, nous sommes bien au chaud chez nous pour profiter de nos loisirs numériques!

Attardons nous d'abord les résultats du sondage de septembre.



On peut encore avoir confiance en l'être humain: la majorité d'entre vous préfère encore payer pour des jeux au format physique plutôt que pour du vent. Oui, je suis parti pris et je l'assume! :-P

Cependant, les mentalités changent: pratiquement 36% ne s'en soucient guère et 17.6% sont passés du côté obscur.


Vu qu'on est dans le démat', il y a évidemment les ROMs. Sauf qu'ici cela ne vous coûte pas un sou. Mais notre site n'est pas juste un dépôt de ROMs: d'autres sections sont là pour votre agrément. Et si vous ne les connaissez pas, c'est l'occasion de les découvrir!
Le sondage de ce mois porte donc sur ce que vous préférez sur notre site en dehors de ses ROMs. A vous de nous le dire dans ce nouveau sondage!

Après une petite pause sur son rythme effréné habituel, Toni Willen nous propos eune nouvelle beta de son émulateur Amiga. Les améliorations sont les suivantes:
- Do not fallback to standard D3D9 from D3D9Ex if -nod3dshader command line is used, removed also other now mostly useless fallbacks.
- Reduce CPU Idle when DMA operation is active (directory filesystem/UAE HDF or true DMA SCSI controller).
- If Wait for blitter was enabled, blit used all available cycles and statefile was saved when blit was active: CPU state was saved before PC was increased. Restoring statefile would incorrectly restart the blit.
- Action Replay III CIA read/write internal NMI triggers need small delay (NMI must be delayed until following instruction completes). Fixes Virus Test "Boot" option hang.
- 341b2 mouse/joystick button release when input is uncaptured didn't fully set the new state.
- Include "JIT direct switched off: reason" message in error log.
- Relative path mode ignored Filesys path.
- Host FPU mode: set host FPU round to nearest mode temporarily (if needed) before calling any native C-library trigonometric functions, other rounding modes can return (very) wrong results.
- AVI recording file splitting (2G limit) flushed sound buffers causing random sound glitches. Added -max_avi_size -command line parameter to set split size.
