Cet émulateur arcade multi-plateformes a été mis à jour dans ses versions Windows et MS-DOS. Les améliorations les suivantes: - Fixes for previous version : all the ssrpg screens could not be edited, m68kdis could produce hard to read listings for the debuger in some specific conditions, the offsets of the texts displayed while in capture mode are now detected dynamically and added a cheat code to disable ssrpg encounters... - Fm sound chips states are finally saved in the savegames, which means that sound should now remain correct when you reload a savegame. I have waited for years before finally adding this, it's mainly to avoid sound corruption repots because of bad restoration from a savegame. - Fix command line handling for neoraine when passing an argument which takes a parameter and then a game name (the game name must always be at the end of the command line now, reasonable).

Un nouvel émulateur open source pour l'Oric-1/Atmos est en train de voir le jour. Ceci constitue un petit événement pour cette machine qui n'est pour l'instant guère émulée que par Euphoric et MESS. Il utilise la bibliothèque SDL et est prévu pour être porté sur divers systèmes d'exploitation; d'ailleurs, une version pour AmigaOS 4 est déjà disponible. Pour l'instant, l'émulateur n'est qu'au stade alpha mais cela reste quelque chose à suivre. Voici ce qui a été amélioré depuis sa version 0.02: General: - Now called "Oricutron". Apparently Oriculator is rude in some languages Smile - Works well enough to deserve "0.1" instead of "0.0.x" - You can now auto-insert a tape by passing its name to CLOAD. If you need to "CLOAD" a specific file within a tape image, you can disable this feature. - Fixed broken FPS display - Fixed a condition where a filehandle wouldn't get closed. - Added a 16k Oric-1 mode - Added commandline options - Fixed ADC/SBC overflow flag bug - Mouse click now opens the main menu - Fixed hard lockup when executing BRKs constantly - Fixed B flag bug - Fixed carry flag in BCD mode SBC - Fixed behaviour or N and Z flags in decimal mode - Fixed flag issue in TXS - Emulation speed is no longer tied to the audio callback, enabling more reasonably sized audio buffers. - 60Hz attribute emulated - Fullscreen mode (only available via commandline for now)
Disk: - Massive improvements to disk support. Reading works for most things (only Read Track is not implemented yet). Writing is not implemented at all. - Added support for the Jasmin disk controller. Press F4 to reboot in disk mode when jasmin is enabled.
Debugger/Monitor: - Added memwatch window - Added symbols support - Implemented help command (?) - F11 traces code without going into subroutines (or Shift+F10 on Amiga keyboards) - F12 now skips instructions - Breakpoints now survive any reset unless the machine type is changes. - You can now set breakpoints on memory accesses as well as program execution - Memory reads from monitor no longer cause side effects for VIA and disk |

Cet émulateur NES pour Windows utilisant DirectX 10 a été mis à jour. Les nouveautés sont les suivantes: - Four-screen mirroring fixes. Rad Racer 2 works correctly now (if it doesn't, your ROM most likely has the wrong mirroring info in its header; try another copy). - Support for SUROM boards (Dragon Warrior III and IV). Since the iNES format doesn't provide enough info to identify these boards, the mapper_variant option needs to be set to 1 for them in nemulator.ini (GoodNES ROMs are already configured). - SRAM wasn't being saved on reset; fixed. - Compiled with profile-guided optimization (PGO), resulting in big performance improvements/lower CPU utilization. - Support for monitor refresh rates other than 60Hz (see timer_sync option in nemulator.ini). |
